Taxing Taken last week on the last day of sunshine. It is Monday, the rain is lashing down yet again and this is the local tax office. Sums up my mood with about the weather. Wishing all of you a great week that is not too taxing :-)) Day 157: July 19, 2010
Life at Last! There are two people chatting at the taxi rank which are the first people I came across. Another shot from my Sunday morning stroll around town. Peaceful Plaza The plaza in Waterford City at lunchtime yesterday afternoon. Had just been to see an outdoor display of paintings so maybe that is why I noticed these shapes. Day 105: June 06, 2010
Old and New Taken very early Sunday morning as it is on the corner of a very busy junction where traffic is always passing. The old building is Reginald's Tower. It is a circular tower, part of Waterford City's defences, built in the beginning of the 13th century, with a second phase in the 15th century. It was also used as a mint, prison and military store.
