Colourful Trip We had a brilliant stay in West Cork. This is Eyeries. Due to cars on the sunny side of the street I had to opt for this side but it still captures the bold colours of the entire village. This was taken around 18.15 (6.15pm) Eyeries, renowned for its multi-coloured houses and its panoramic views over the Atlantic has two pubs, two shops, one of these with petrol and diesel pumps, a cafe/restaurant and a post office/shop. In every year since 2003 it has won either a gold or silver medal in the small village category of the Ireland Tidy Towns competition. Thank you all for the lovely birthday and anniversary wishes. We appreciate every one of them. July 25, 2011 - McDonegal1 Photograpy - Mary Mc Cahill
